THRIVE WELLNESS FESTIVAL
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28TH, 10AM-2PM
Saturday September 28th from 10am-2pm with a bonus class from 2:15-3:30!
Upward Inertia is beyond excited to be offering their first annual Thrive: Community Wellness Festival! Join us for a fun filled day of classes, workshops, vendors, food trucks, a community craft project, games, and more! This event will highlight the best that the Treasure Valley has to offer in terms of health and wellness. Our schedule is jam packed with classes for all ages, including everything from yoga, dance, and mindfulness, to financial literacy, poetry and journaling, and functional medicine seminars. We will have a KidsCorner and a Kids Yoga class (11:40), so even the youngest in our community will have a ball.
This event is FREE to the public (donations recommended). Any donations that we receive will support Upward Inertia's Community Outreach programming.

OKTOBERFEST
Celebration of German culture, community and love of beer

Oktoberfest is in its 17th year as an event at the Nampa Civic Center. This event is community focused and brings in a good variety of people throughout the valley.
The event has something for the whole family! They bring in authentic live German music provided by the Boise Valley Edelweiss Band. The ensemble has served the Treasure Valley for over 40 years, specializing in nostalgic Beer Garden Music. They play fun Oktoberfest games during the event and encourage attendees to dress in their best German attire. They serve distinct Oktoberfest beers as well Bavarian foods.
